It is important to note that the metro operating hours may or may not change during public holidays. Likewise, the timings of the first and last train may vary from station to station. Passengers can get metro trains every four minutes once during peak hours and seven minutes during off-peak hours.

Passengers can make their transportation using a different mode of transport and the same can be paid by adding credit to a contactless travel card (Nol card). Dubai Nol card cost depends on the color of the card. For example, A Silver Nol costs 25 AED, of which 6 AED is for the card you hold and 19 AED is the credit on the card, whereas a Red Nol card costs only 2 AED but does not have pre-loaded credits.
